Return & Refund Policy

A free replacement warranty is included with every product and is good for 30 days after delivery.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if the item is inaccurate, defective, or damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you.

Only if they meet the following requirements will we be able to provide you with replacements at no extra charge:

  • Items are defective upon arrival and are broken, damaged, or filthy.
  • Items are supplied in the wrong size or color.
  • Receiving an incorrect item

Typographical errors in personalized products will only be replaced if we made the mistake. Please be mindful of your typing.


Only store credit may be returned for eligible items. Within 30 days of the delivery date, return requests must be made.

Your item must be new and unopened in order to be returned. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

Refund Policy

Include images and/or videos of the item you want to return that back up your justification. To help us deal with the request more quickly, kindly attach several images of the package you got.

We’ll start handling your request as soon as we get it and send you an update. Please ship the package to our returns center at the address provided when your return request has been approved.

Provide the package to our returns facility and provide us the tracking information and the link. Any packages that go missing or are lost are not our responsibility.

The cost of mailing your item back to us is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

The cost of return postage, if one is offered, will be subtracted from your refund.

Since we don’t pay customs taxes for returns, please make sure you send the item back as a gift.

We are unable to provide any refunds if the item(s) are still in transit; we must wait until the item is delivered to us.

Your products will be reviewed after we receive your box, and a refund will be given to the original payment method you used.

The email address you used to make your first transaction will receive a reimbursement receipt.

What to Do if You do not Receive Refund?

Check your PayPal or bank account once again if you haven’t already gotten a reimbursement.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

My Order May I Cancel?

Yes. Order cancellation is possible up to 24 hours after the purchase. We complete every order in a 24-hour period. Therefore, if it has been longer than 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order because it has already been filled.

Within 24 hours, send us an email and explain why you want to cancel your order. After we receive your request, we will process it and, if necessary, offer a refund within 24 to 48 hours.

Notes when Returning Merchandise

After 30 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the event that consumers change their minds after receiving their order(s), we do not accept returns or refunds.

To guarantee that your package arrives on time and is not lost in transit, please double-check all the information you provide before completing your order. Every customer must include a phone number while placing an order.

Any lost, stolen, or misdirected packages are not the responsibility of Best Cookware Set. Misuse, unintentional damage, water damage, and other forms of abuse of the purchased item are not covered by this Return & Refund Policy.

The risk of loss and ownership of any things purchased from Best Cookware Set pass to you upon our delivery of those items to the carrier because all purchases are done in accordance with a shipment contract.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed after the date of delivery.

Only items that are still in their original packaging and condition are eligible for returns. Products that have been used or that the client has damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Any item that is returned to us used is subject to rejection.

When a shipment is returned to the sender because the address was entered incorrectly, Best Cookware Set is not responsible. Customers are urged to carefully input the right address as failure to do so may prevent delivery of the goods. Please get in touch with us right away if you believe you have entered the incorrect address so we can make the necessary changes.

Don’t return the package to the sender or the location from where it arrived. Please mail it to our returns center at the address provided. Packages that are sent back to the sender are not Best Cookware Set’s responsibility.

In the event that the customer gives us the wrong shipping address and the item is delivered, Best Cookware Set disclaims all liability.
